Hi, I’m Zlatuse Sedlackova — most people call me Goldy. I’m a certified SOMA Breathwork Facilitator, qualified counsellor, and bilingual coach (Czech & English) offering trauma-informed breathwork and coaching to help people reconnect with themselves.I work with parents, carers, and anyone who feels overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from their true self, guiding them to restore calm, clarity, energy, and purpose — one conscious breath at a time.My approach blends professional training with lived experience. I’ve navigated my own mental health challenges, early life struggles, and personal transformation to create a life rooted in resilience, inner peace, and connection. This unique perspective allows me to meet clients exactly where they are and support them in creating meaningful, lasting change.

My Full Story
My journey hasn’t always been easy, but it has shaped the work I do today — helping others heal, reconnect with themselves, and find balance through breathwork, coaching, and trauma-informed support.I was born in the Czech Republic and moved to England at the age of 19 to learn the language, earn money, and create a new chapter in life. Instead, I found myself drawn into the party scene, struggling with mental health, low self-worth, and unhealthy coping strategies.In my early twenties, I reached a breaking point and sought help through counselling. This powerful experience inspired me to study Person-Centred Counselling and later work in mental health services, bereavement counselling, and support for women affected by domestic abuse.When I became a mother to my four children, I embraced home education for over a decade and gave birth to three of them at home. We spent several years living off-grid in a yurt, learning self-sufficiency and staying deeply connected to nature.After the breakdown of my 15-year relationship, I began to rebuild my life, exploring trauma-informed approaches — particularly in narcissistic abuse recovery. I trained as a certified SOMA Breathwork Facilitator, blending breathwork, coaching, and counselling to help others manage stress, overcome overwhelm, and navigate life transitions.Today, I support parents, carers, and anyone who feels disconnected from their true self to restore calm, clarity, and energy. Whether through 1-to-1 coaching or online group breathwork sessions, my work offers a safe and supportive space for personal transformation — one breath at a time.
